If you already have an Australian mobile phone number which you wish to keep, you can transfer it across to gotalk. This is done when you activate your SIM card either online or over the phone via customer service.
You must certify that you are the account holder for your current service and authorize the transfer of your number for this to take place. You remain liable for any contractual obligations or charges with your previous service provider.
