Auto Top Up allows you to select a desired recharge amount to be added to your account automatically. There is three options you can choose from – this allows you to select the option that suits you best.
Standard – Select your recharge amount and how often you would like to be topped (15,30 or 45 days)
Flexible – You balance is topped up to a set value from 15, 30 or 45 days frequency. Eg every 30 days you balance is topped up to $30
Low balance – Your balance will be topped up to a set value once you balance reaches below $5
Auto Top Up is available for gotalk VIP, ezichat and prepaid mobile customers.
To set up Auto Top Up log into My Account
1. Select Auto Top Up
2. Select the Auto Top Up type and your recharge amount
3. Fill in the payment details
