All rates include GST, are correct at 01/10/11, are to a landline unless otherwise stated and exclude calls and texts to premium and promotional numbers which will be billed at higher rates. gotalk Ultimate
All call rates quoted are per minute, apply 24/7 and attract a 39c flagfall per call, except for Ultimate Minutes. Calls are charged in 1 minute increments, plus flagfall (per call) and rounded up to the next 5 cents. The gotalk Ultimate plan is available to individual customers only (not companies or businesses), who use their mobile phone for personal use only. Bonus credit offers do not apply to the gotalk Ultimate plan. Ultimate Minutes: Upon recharge of at least $20, an Ultimate Minutes allowance is allocated to your account for calls to 40 destinations. Please see www.gotalkmobile.com.au/plansandrates for the list of countries. You can use up your Ultimate Minutes allowance as quickly as you like as long as you do not breach our Fair Go Policy (the limitations include: you are not allowed to use more than 300 minutes of calling per day for two consecutive days, and the maximum call duration is 120 minutes). The Ultimate Minutes allowance and the credit expiry period (for both the Included Credit and the Ultimate Minutes allowance) varies depending on recharge value:

All call rates quoted are per minute, attract a 30c flagfall per call. All quoted rates are the off peak rates which apply from midnight to 11am local time. Calls initiated outside of those hours are at peak times and will incur a surcharge varying between 5c per minute and 9c per minute (depending on the country to which the call is being made). Calls are charged in 1 minute increments, plus flagfall (per call) and rounded up to the next 5 cents. Plan includes 5MB of free data usage which is applied per calendar day, after which data usage is charged at 2c per MB. Shared Balance
Shared Balance available on all gotalk Prepaid Mobile services and rate plans except Big Talk cap rate plan. Link multiple gotalk Prepaid services using the My Account feature at www.gotalk.com.au. Credit expiry on linked services is the expiry which applies to your gotalk Prepaid Mobile Plan.
Switch To gotalk
$15 bonus credit applied when activating a gotalk Prepaid Mobile service and porting an Australian mobile number to gotalk. $5 bonus credit will be applied to the gotalk balance after activation and when porting is complete (which may take up to 24 hours). $2 starter kits are excluded. $10 bonus credit will be applied by $1 bonus on each of your first 10 recharges, $2 recharges excluded. gotalk Ultimate plan excluded.
goCall
goCall application is available and can be enabled on a gotalk Prepaid Mobile, gotalk Global SIM, gotalk Wireless Broadband or gotalk Ezichat balance. goCall for gotalk Prepaid Mobile can be set up on the gotalk Ultimate, Straight Talk Plus, Aussie Extra, gotalk MAX or gotalk Anytime rate plan. Ultimate Minutes not available when using goCall on gotalk Ultimate rate plan. goCall rate plan defaults to the rate plan of the linked Prepaid Mobile, if this plan is changed upon recharge the goCall plan will also change within 24 hours. goCall for gotalk Global SIM, gotalk Wireless Broadband or gotalk Ezichat will be automatically set to the gotalk Anytime rate plan. goCall is available for Apple or Android devices. Download goCall app from the Apple App store or Android Market. - gotalk Prepaid Mobile – goCall balance expiry is the expiry which applies to your gotalk Prepaid Mobile rate plan. Please note that for gotalk Ultimate customers this expiry varies by recharge value.
- gotalk Global SIM – goCall balance expiry is 90 days from first use of the Global SIM or last recharge.
- gotalk Wireless Broadband – goCall balance expiry is determined by recharge value.
- gotalk Ezichat – goCall balance expiry is 6 months from first use or last recharge.
Bonus call credit offers
