gotalk covers the full warranty on all hardware we sell. gotalk will replace any device that is deemed faulty by our technical support staff.
If you have been sold a piece of hardware by gotalk and the device is deemed faulty, and falls within the specified warranty period, gotalk will gladly send you a new device free of charge. Postage for the return of the faulty device must be paid by the customer but gotalk will pay the postage for the replacement device to be sent to you.
It is important that you send back the faulty device to gotalk or you will be charged for both the faulty device and the replacement device.
gotalk only covers the terms and conditions specified by the manufacturer. For more details on your devices warranty, please visit your manufacturers website, or call the manufacturer. Information on warranty periods are shown below.
