Support: Hardware Guides
gotalk supports various hardware devices that have either been sold by gotalk directly or devices that have been tested on the gotalk network for compatibility. Compatibility means that even though gotalk has not sold the particular product we have tested the device on our networks (VoIP & ADSL) and have confirmed they will function correctly. As these devices have been tested on our networks, gotalk is pleased to offer basic instructions on how you can simply enter your account details into your hardware to get connected to the gotalk network and start using your Hi speed broadband or cost saving VoIP service.
gotalk also Pre-Configures all modems and VoIP ATA's (analog phone adapters) we supply, customers need only plug the device in to begin using their service.
Please note: gotalk does not support the wireless function or setup of your wireless LAN connection even when the modem was purchased through gotalk. Please consult the manufacture of your hardware for support on this feature.
DO NOT press the "Reset" button on your hardware unless advised by a gotalk technician, if pressed the reset button will cause your device to reset to the factory default settings and all the settings applied by yourself and gotalk will be lost.
For any advanced settings or technical issues please refer to your device manual or contact your hardware manufacturer directly.
