Support: Hardware Returns Process
gotalk covers a 7 Day Dead on Arrival Warranty. This means that if you receive hardware supplied by gotalk and within the first 7 days the power light does not light up, gotalk will be happy to send you a brand new device at our cost. The original device will also be returned to gotalk at our cost.
Please note; gotalk will not refund or exchange on hardware if you simply change your mind, only in exceptional cases will gotalk offer a refund on the return or exchange of hardware.
If you are returning hardware to gotalk for any reason, please ensure all of the components are returned in the box that the hardware arrived in. Hardware returns that do not have all of the components will not be accepted, this includes; all of the cables, the box it arrived in, the power supply and any manuals or documentation.
For hardware that does not fall into this category you must seek advice from the Manufacturer. All warranties outside of gotalk's 7 Day Dead on Arrival are covered by the Manufacturers. gotalk's Manufacturers have very well established warranty processes, ensuring a smooth and speedy replacement or repair of your hardware.
