Ring Time Adjustment: if you wish to adjust your ring time please contact gotalk Customer Service on 1800 468 255.

Ring times can be adjusted from the default 15 seconds, up to a maximum of 30 seconds.

Order new SIM: A replacement SIM can be sent to you at a cost of $9.95.

Known Errors and Solutions

Restriction code: Some mobile carriers will provide a phone at a discounted rate but the phone will be locked to the carrier’s network.

If you receive a ‘Restriction Code’ message on your screen after inserting a gotalk SIM this means you must contact your previous provider who sold you the phone and ask for the unlock code. Often there will be charges associated with unlocking a phone from a previous carrier.
